Product Placement and Prime Time

TNS Media Intelligence released a report this week that showed that almost 11 percent of all programming minutes during prime time include brand references. Some shows apparently have more minutes of product placement than TV commercial time.

The average show contains over four minutes of product placement and over 17 minutes seconds of commercials.
